The project consists of de-constructing the existing house and recycling all usable building materials generating a sizable tax deduction for the property owner. Site retaining walls were assembled on a grade beam and caisson system and a basement was excavated once the existing swimming pool and foundation were removed. The site retaining walls leveled out the existing lot creating much more usable space for a larger backyard and new swimming pool. Project was completed on December 5, 2008.
